Unlimited Downloads and Subliminal Studio serve different tasks. Unlimited Downloads is the membership for the ready-made library. Studio is the tool for making a program from your own script and audio choices.
For ready-made downloads
Use the Unlimited Downloads offer page to check current access and membership terms. The membership covers the listed ready-made library and new releases during the membership period. Downloaded files remain yours to keep after that period ends.
For a missing order email, file access or membership question, use the membership help. Making a new script in Studio isn't a step in downloading a ready-made program.
For making your own program
Studio has its own account and credit system. Credits cover AI writing, voice generation and the optional Studio Server export. Recording your own voice, adjusting a mix and regular exports don't use credits.
Check the current Studio credit guide before starting a paid action. A ready-made library membership isn't a description of your Studio credit balance.
Get help for the right purchase
Tell support whether your question concerns a library membership, an individual download or Studio credits. Include the email address used for that purchase in a private message. This makes it easier to locate the correct order without posting account details in the forum.
