Affirmation Examples for Your Own Subliminal Script

Updated 4 min read

The right affirmation sounds like something you want to make part of your self-concept. It might express confidence in your own voice, comfort with being loved or the way you want to approach an opportunity. Use these examples to give your subliminal script that personal direction.

Choose the group closest to your goal and edit the lines you like. These are original examples for your own writing; the sample affirmations on our product pages describe the ready-made programs.

Confidence and being seen

Use these when you want your script to speak to the person who feels comfortable expressing themselves.

  • I trust myself to express what I mean.
  • My voice belongs in the conversation.
  • I feel comfortable letting people see my personality.
  • I speak about my work with confidence.
  • I give my ideas room to be heard.
  • I enjoy showing up as myself.

Make a line more personal by naming the situation. “I speak about my work with confidence” could become “I feel comfortable presenting my designs to a client.” Keep the identity and add the detail that matters to you.

Self-worth and self-concept

These lines focus on your relationship with yourself. You can use them as a group or choose one as the starting point for a more specific script.

  • I am worthy of care and consideration.
  • I feel at home being myself.
  • I recognise the good I bring to a situation.
  • I trust my judgement.
  • I treat my own needs with respect.
  • I give myself permission to enjoy good things.

For a fuller script with examples for relationships, read self-concept affirmations for subliminals.

Love and mutual relationships

Write toward the kind of connection you want to experience. Give affection and self-respect room in the same script.

  • I am worthy of a warm, mutual relationship.
  • I feel comfortable receiving affection.
  • I enjoy being known as I am.
  • I express my needs with respect.
  • I make room for people who treat me well.
  • I welcome a relationship where care goes both ways.

You might replace “a warm, mutual relationship” with “a relationship where I feel appreciated and at ease.” Describe the connection you want in language you would use yourself.

Opportunity and an abundance mindset

If abundance is part of your manifestation practice, decide what it means in this script. These examples focus on recognising opportunity and feeling comfortable with the value of your work.

  • I recognise opportunities that fit my goals.
  • I feel comfortable sharing what I can contribute.
  • I welcome fair recognition for my work.
  • I give myself permission to pursue an idea I believe in.
  • I make considered choices about the opportunities I accept.
  • I enjoy building something that matters to me.

A freelancer might write about presenting their services. An artist might write about sharing a collection. Specific context gives a broad theme like abundance a personal meaning.

Focus and following through

Use these for a script about the way you approach your work or study. Combine an identity statement with the actions that express it.

  • I am someone who follows through.
  • I give my attention to the task I've chosen.
  • I enjoy seeing my work take shape.
  • I return to my priorities after a break.
  • I make room for steady practice.
  • I recognise the progress in work I've completed.

“The task I've chosen” could be your next chapter or a practice exercise. Keep the sentence easy to speak.

Settling into your evening

Choose lines that give the evening the feeling you want. A gentle delivery can suit this script.

  • I let the day's work end for the evening.
  • I give myself room to rest.
  • I enjoy the quiet moments in my day.
  • I make my surroundings comfortable.
  • I can leave tomorrow's tasks for tomorrow.
  • I welcome a slower pace this evening.

Choose a background you find restful if you turn these into audio. The bedtime listening guide helps you set up the session.

Build a script that sounds like you

Copy the lines you want into the free script worksheet. You can be bold with “I am” statements or use “I choose” when that better expresses the thought. Read the whole script aloud and keep the style consistent enough to feel like one recording.

Give each line a clear purpose. If several sentences repeat the same idea, choose the version you like best or keep a deliberate variation in tone. You can always add detail after hearing your first voice recording.

Subliminal Studio lets you bring those words into your own audio, including your own recorded voice. If you'd like Andy to develop the script and handle production, use your favourite examples as the starting point for a Custom brief.
