Free Affirmation Script Template and Worksheet

Updated 3 min read

Use this free affirmation script template to prepare the words for your own recording. Edit the example below, copy your lines or save them as a text file. You can use the script with your own voice or take it into Subliminal Studio.

The starter is an original self-concept script about trusting your voice and feeling comfortable being seen. Make the wording yours, or replace it with the intention you want to work on.

Edit your affirmation script

Keep one spoken sentence on each line. The buttons copy or download exactly the text in the box, without adding a title or production notes.

Your edits stay in this page while it's open. The worksheet doesn't send your script to a server. Save a copy before leaving or reloading.

Choose the intention for your script

Give the script a personal focus. You might want to feel more comfortable expressing yourself, work on your self-concept or bring a clear intention into your manifestation practice.

“I speak about my work with confidence” can become “I feel comfortable presenting my designs to a client.” Keep the self-concept you want and bring it into the situation that matters to you. Our self-concept guide has more examples.

If starting from a blank page feels easier, select the example and replace it. For other situations, use the affirmation examples.

Check the words before you make audio

  • Meaning: Does each sentence say something you want in your recording?
  • Voice: Read it aloud. Use words you would actually say.
  • Specifics: Add the personal detail that makes the intention clear.
  • Repetition: Keep the version of a repeated idea that you like best.

Use enough lines to express your intention clearly. A short script is easy to record and hear as a whole. You can add detail after listening to your first voice take.

Save the text and take it into Studio

Use Copy script to put the current text on your clipboard. If your browser blocks copying, the worksheet selects the text so you can use your device's copy command. Download .txt saves an editable UTF-8 text file.

In Studio, open the Script phase of the project you want to use and paste your checked lines into the editor. Pasting replaces any text you have selected, so check the project and selection first. You can then prepare a voice, add background audio and review the mix.

The worksheet itself has no account or payment step. Studio shows its own account requirements and any charges for the production steps you choose. The script-to-audio guide explains the workflow.

Prefer a finished program?

You can also choose an existing recording. The program-selection guide explains how to compare topics, sample affirmations and included files. Use the worksheet when you want to write your own words.
