If your download contains several audio versions, start with the file names and the package description on the product page. They tell you which backgrounds and variations are included in that particular order.
Choose by the sound you want to hear
A package may include a music background and a nature-sound background, with further versions that include tones. Where these are versions of the same program, changing the background doesn't mean you've chosen a new script.
Play a short section of each version at a comfortable volume. Choose the background you prefer for the situation in which you'll listen. You don't need to play every included version in a single session.
Check what the name means
The product's package details are the reference for the exact files. Bundles contain more than one program, so check the program name as well as the version name before making a playlist.
If a file includes binaural beats, stereo headphones are needed for the separate left- and right-ear tones. Our headphone guidance explains the distinction between that sound effect and ordinary playback.
If a file seems to be missing
Check that the download finished and that you've extracted the whole ZIP. Compare the extracted folder with the package details for your purchase. Some players group tracks by their audio tags, so the file manager may show the contents more clearly.
If the contents still don't match, send the order details and missing file name through private support. For archive errors, use the ZIP troubleshooting steps.
