Open the download link in your order email and choose the program you want to save. Your download contains a ZIP file. Extract it to get the MP3 audio files, then open an MP3 in your music player.
Find your order and download a program
- Open the email sent to the address you used at checkout. If it's missing, follow the steps to recover your download link.
- Follow the link to your download page. A single purchase lists that program with its four audio versions. Unlimited Downloads members can access the premium library, including new releases while their subscription is active.
- Choose Download for the file you want. Wait for your browser to finish saving it before opening it.
- Check your browser's download list to find the saved file. A download starts a transfer; it doesn't automatically add the audio to your music library.
Open the ZIP file
The ZIP holds the audio files together. Open or extract it first:
- Windows: right-click the ZIP and choose Extract All. Microsoft's ZIP instructions show the steps.
- Mac: double-click the ZIP. The extracted folder appears beside it. See Apple's Mac instructions.
- iPhone or iPad: find the ZIP in Files and tap it to create a folder. Apple explains how to open ZIP files.
- Android: in Files by Google, select the ZIP, choose Extract, then Done. See Google's extraction guide.

If the download stalls
Check the browser's download list before trying again. Each download click uses an attempt, even if the transfer fails. If you've reached the limit, use our download-limit help.
Keep a backup once you've checked that the MP3s play. It saves you downloading them again when you change devices.
