After ordering a ready-made download, use the download link in your order email to access the files. The exact package is listed on the product page for the item you bought.
Check the package for your program
A download may contain several audio versions or a ZIP holding multiple files. A bundle contains more than one program. Compare the contents with the specific package description, rather than assuming every purchase includes the same number of tracks.

Open the files on your device
Finish the download and extract the ZIP before importing the MP3s into a player. Use the iPhone or iPad instructions or the Android instructions if you need help locating them.
Keep a local copy and your order email. Test the track in the player you plan to use, including offline playback if that matters to you.
If the email or a file is missing
Check spam and the address you used at checkout. Follow the download-link recovery instructions for an email you can't find.
