Give it a fair test
Headphones if you have them, since the affirmations are split between your left and right ear. Volume somewhere between 10 and 50 percent. Daily, for at least a few weeks, while you do something else.
One session and a shrug tells you nothing. Repetition is the whole mechanism, so the test only works if you actually run it.
What you are watching for
The change shows up in what you do, not in what you hear. You will not consciously pick out the affirmations, and you are not supposed to.

Write down where you are today
