Open Find a past purchase, enter the email address you used at checkout and select Send access email. Use the address from the order, even if your Studio account uses a different email.
When the email arrives, open an order link to reach your downloads. You can download the files there without connecting an account.
Keep your purchases in your Library
On the order page, sign in or create an account, then add the purchase to that account. Already use Studio? Sign in with that account to keep your purchases together.
Once connected, open the Studio Library to listen. Your order remains available under My Purchases for downloading the files.
If nothing arrives
Check spam and promotions, then check the address you entered. If you bought with another email, request access using that address.
This also applies to earlier SendOwl purchases. If an order is missing, or you can no longer open the old inbox, contact me with the order number, program name and approximate purchase date. I'll help you find it.
Keep a copy for offline listening
Download the ZIP, extract it and keep the MP3 files in a folder you back up. See the download walkthrough for device instructions. If a download link has stopped working, follow the steps for a blocked or expired download.
